Railway hydraulic crane KZH-1572 is designed to perform rehabilitation, construction, repair and cargo handling works on the tracks of the Railways of 1520 mm.
The main components of the crane are the chassis and the swing frame are interconnected by a support-rotating device with a rotation angle of 360°, mounted on two four-axle trucks, equipped with hydraulic movement mechanism.
The chassis platform is equipped with a lifting crane supports a hydraulic actuator having three fixed reference circuit (8,83х8,5m, 7,0х12,91M and 4,4х14,47m), automatic coupling devices, and pneumothoraces system with linkage, designed for the transportation of the crane in a train or individual locomotive. The crane is able to perform work with external legs and without them.
On the rotating frame has the following main components and assemblies:
- three-section telescopic boom with two hydraulic lift cylinders for operation of the crane in the range of departure of the arrow from 7.2 to 28.9 m;
- the power plant, consisting of diesel-hydraulic unit and tank fuel system that provides the crane for 16 hours without refueling;
- emergency unit for applying the tap from working to transport position in case of failure of the power plant;
- comfortable driver's cab with a work place equipped with a microprocessor-based device with a visual indication of the actual and maximum load, departure and length of the boom, auto shut-off mechanisms of the crane in case of exceeding the nominal load and the possibility of lowering after its actuation, and a fixing device characteristics.
The crane is equipped with extendable counterweight, allowing to improve considerably its technical characteristics.
All equipment of the crane is closed by a hood that protects it from precipitation. To run the power plant in low temperature conditions the crane is mounted pre-heater.
The dimensions of the crane in the transport position meet the requirements of 1-T GOST 9238-2013.
