Description
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF.
The electrodes are designed to weld critical parts of corrosion-resistant chromium-Nickel steel grades 12X18H10T 12X18H9T, 08KH18N12T, 08KH18N12B and the like, when the weld metal have requirements of resistance to intergranular corrosion. Welding in all spatial positions with direct current of reverse polarity.

TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES.
The rod is made of wire marks SV-07Х19Н10Б according to GOST 2246-70. The diameter of the produced electrodes 3,0; 4,0 and 5,0 mm.

THE SPECIAL PROPERTIES.
The weld metal is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion when tested according to the method of AMU GOST 6032-89 without provoking holiday. The content of ferrite phase in the deposited metal: the norm of 2.5-10%, typical of 6.1%.
