Description
Laminated timber windows are durable, reliable, have the desired rigidity and structural strength. High performance is ensured by the special technology of manufacturing timber.
The beam is designed for use in structures to be coated with paintwork materials or protective and decorative compositions in accordance with the conditions of their use.
The timber is classified according to the following grades: AE, A, B, C, depending on the combination of glued lamellae and wood defects:
Grade AE (tselnolamelny): whole front lamella, radial / semi radial cut; spliced middle lamella, mixed cutting, workpiece length not less than 150 mm;
Grade A: front lamella spliced (no more than 2 splices on one running meter) with selection in color and texture, radial / semi-radial sawing; spliced middle lamella, mixed cutting, workpiece length not less than 150 mm;
Grade B: front lamellas spliced, radial / semi-radial sawing, workpiece length not less than 180 mm; spliced middle lamella, mixed cutting, workpiece length not less than 150 mm;
Grade C: all lamellas of tangential cutting, the length of the workpieces is not less than 150 mm;
Grade DAB (for the production of wood-aluminum windows): spliced front lamellas, one lamel of radial / semi-radial sawing, the other lamella of tangential cutting, workpiece length not less than 180 mm; spliced middle lamella, mixed cutting, workpiece length not less than 150 mm.
