Hydrophilic Cleansing Oil, 100 ml

A hydrophilic oil is an oil or oil mixture supplemented with a mild vegetable emulsifier that allows you to make friends with water. Hydrophilic oil can easily wash off persistent makeup and BB cream, deeply cleanse pores, relieve comedones and black spots and help solve skin problems.
