Modules for controlling the smoke flap or fire retardant valve MDU-1 prot.R3, MDU-1C prot.R3 is designed to control the valve flap in manual mode with remote control buttons or in automatic mode from the receiving and monitoring device. Works in the address system under the control of the reception and control device "Rubezh-2OP" prot.R3
The module is designed to control the following types of valve actuators:
reversible electromechanical drive;
electromechanical drive with a return spring;
electromagnetic drive with manual return of the damper to its normal position.
The control module for the smoke exhaust valve supplies the electromechanical drive with the supply voltage using the relay integrated in the module. The switching voltage is 24 V DC or 230 V AC. The switching voltage is selected by the jumper Jp1 installed on the module board. MRL-1 prot.R3 differs from MDU-1C prot.R3 load capacity of the relay, switching power to the drive. The parameters are given in the table of technical characteristics. The other parameters and functions are the same.
MDU-1 prot.R3 is used to control drives rated for 24 or 220 V. The valve position is monitored by means of limit switches built into the electromechanical drive or located on the damper.
The smoke control module provides:
connection of all main types of drives used with smoke flaps;
connection of the manual valve transfer device to the protective or normal position (buttons);
transmission to the device of the receiving and monitoring information about its status and the status of the connected drive;
control of the valve flap from the receiving and monitoring device in automatic and manual mode;
monitoring for open circuit to the limit switches of the valve flap position and the motor winding circuit; control for open circuit and short circuit of external control buttons;
LED indication of operating modes, flap position, communication with the device.
The possibility of transferring the valve flap to the normal and protective (protective) position during the system setup using the "OPEN" and "CLOSED" buttons on the board.
The control module of the MLD-1 valve has the ability to be mounted on a DIN rail using a special fixing strap (not included in the scope of supply and is completed as an option).
