Description
For practicing on a pegboard the athlete takes 2 short sticks (pegs) in his hands and inserts them into the holes, rises up and goes down. This exercise has cardinal differences from the pull-up, since, apart from the pull-up process itself, it is necessary to concentrate on the exact hit of the wand into the hole.
This simulator was invented almost 50 years ago by USSR coach Dmitry Korkin. Therefore, the name of the simulator "Wall of Korkin".
With this board you can significantly diversify your workout. Hang a few boards vertically staggered or diagonally and you get your little climbing wall.
