Registration of physical and legal persons implies a concept of physical persons and legal entities.

Legal entity – a firm that conducts economic activity, has rights and obligations, and is liable for its obligations with the property of the company and authorized capital. The legal entity must maintain accounting and submit reports to the service defined by law. Legal entities can be both commercial and non-profit organizations.

an individual is the person carrying out the activities and meet its liabilities with all its assets. A natural person is not obliged to maintain accounting records.
